About the Classes

Our teenage acting classes give young people the chance to explore characters, develop their ideas and work towards performances together. Teenagers can join a one-hour acting class on Mondays, 6pm to 7pm, at Merton Park Primary School, or our three-hour Saturday Performing Arts Programme at St Mary’s Church Hall. Both mix acting work with plenty of room for their own creative ideas. All our classes are led by our friendly, DBS-checked teachers.

My daughter has attended Reflect Productions for 8 years with Kirsty, Leyton and team. They are super dedicated, highly professional and pay such attention to detail not just in Performance skills but also nurturing each individual young person's own talents. Over the year's I have not only seen my daughter progress but all in her group. I would definitely recommend Reflect and the team for anyone wanting their child to develop life long skills and and have alot of fun with it!

My daughters both attend reflect productions drama club and it has done wonders for their confidence. The eldest has been attending for 9 years and given the choice between reflect and another local group, she picked reflect. My youngest has trouble speaking in public and thanks to the nurture and perseverance of the team she can say her lines in front of the audience. I can't recommend them enough.

My daughter has been attending weekly drama classes with Reflect for the past 5 years and she absolutely loves it. Kirsty is a wonderful teacher and coach, making sure all the kids feel welcomed and valued, regardless of age or ability. The productions that get put on throughout the year are always fabulous events, for kids and adults alike.

Highly Recommend!! Fantastic classes in drama which also contain lots of singing and dancing. The teaching is superb and the quality of end of term shows and big scale productions is of a really high standard. Much prefer this over Stagecoach or similar schools as at Reflect they create a far nicer supportive, caring atmosphere where the main focus is the development of key life skills such as building confidence!

Great local drama club which both of our children have attended for many years. The admin is organised, responsive and professional and the shows are amazing. We will look forward to showing their shows to them in the future!

We discovered Reflect Productions at the start of the first lockdown. To say that these lessons, as well as the martial arts sister school, we’re the foundations of sanity and joy during those times is an understatement! In less than two years, peppered with lockdowns, isolation and reunions, we have seen the children deliver incredible performances, build beautiful friendship, learn excellent, core transferable skills and distinctions in two sets of LAMDA exams! No other school has managed a smidge of this during this time. Where others have used covid as an excuse for stepping back, Kirsty and her team have stepped up their game to deliver even more magic to children desperately in need of it and parents aching for something wonderful in times they’ve not been able to provide it. I teach teachers at UCL. If one in every hundred became as dedicated and thoughtful and committed and kind to their students as every one of the teachers are in this performing arts school, I’d be besides myself with gladness! As for my daughters opinion “if I had to skip every class I have and playtimes, I would to be able to carry on doing my performing arts classes”.
